Q-316 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

This quad-ring is supplied in AS568-316 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile with an inside diameter of 0.85 in (21.59 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.27 in (32.26 mm), catalogued under part number QV70316. It provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) is valued for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with hot water and steam or ketones and esters.

Typical settings include chemical processing, high-temperature process equipment, and aerospace.
