Q-319 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

APG stocks the QV70319, an AS568-319 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.037 in (26.34 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.457 in (37.01 mm). A quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving amines or ketones and esters call for a different compound.
