The QV70369 is an AS568-369 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.975 in (202.57 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.395 in (213.23 mm). This quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids.
