Q-384 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

This quad-ring is supplied in AS568-384 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile with an inside diameter of 14.975 in (380.37 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 15.395 in (391.03 mm), catalogued under part number QV70384. It provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

This material stands up to many acids, aggressive chemicals, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to ketones and esters or amines will shorten service life.
