Q-392 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

This quad-ring is supplied in AS568-392 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile measuring an inside diameter of 22.94 in (582.68 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 23.36 in (593.34 mm), catalogued under part number QV70392. It resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

Viton® (FKM) is known for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, many acids, and engine and transmission fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.
