QV70436 is an AS568-436 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.85 in (148.59 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.4 in (162.56 mm). In service, this quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) offers very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or ketones and esters will shorten service life.
