Q-461 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

The QV70461 is an AS568-461 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 15.955 in (405.26 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 16.505 in (419.23 mm). This quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

The compound resists many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and chlorinated solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is known for outstanding high-temperature capability and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or ketones and esters are present.
