APG stocks the QV70469, an AS568-469 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 19.955 in (506.86 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 20.505 in (520.83 mm). A quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is valued for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam.

Typical settings include high-temperature process equipment, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing.
