APG stocks the QV70472, an AS568-472 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 22.94 in (582.68 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 23.49 in (596.65 mm). A quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

Viton® (FKM) offers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The compound resists engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, aerospace, and semiconductor equipment.
