Q-016 BUNA 70 Q RING

The QH70016 is an AS568-016 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.614 in (15.6 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.754 in (19.15 mm). This quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Expect good resistance to greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving automotive brake fluid or ketones call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, general industrial maintenance, and construction equipment.
