Q-321 BUNA 70 Q RING

QH70321 is an AS568-321 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.162 in (29.51 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.582 in (40.18 mm). In service, this quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Expect good resistance to greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and many alcohols. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to ozone and direct sunlight or strong acids will shorten service life.
