QV70009 is an AS568-009 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.208 in (5.28 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.348 in (8.84 mm). In service, this quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

This material stands up to chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is known for outstanding high-temperature capability and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments.
