The QV70113 is an AS568-113 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.549 in (13.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.755 in (19.18 mm). This quad-ring resists spiral failure in reciprocating service thanks to its multi-lobe geometry.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. It resists petroleum oils and fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, and aggressive chemicals. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
