Q-115 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

QV70115 is an AS568-115 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.674 in (17.12 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.88 in (22.35 mm). In service, this quad-ring uses a four-lobed profile to create two sealing surfaces per side, reducing the squeeze needed to seal.

The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, engine and transmission fluids, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is known for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or amines are present.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, high-temperature process equipment, and oil and gas.
