Q-129 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

This quad-ring is supplied in AS568-129 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile built to an inside diameter of 1.549 in (39.34 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.755 in (44.58 mm), catalogued under part number QV70129. It delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The material holds up against many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines will shorten service life.
