Q-212 FLUOROELASTOMER 75 Q RING

The QV70212 is an AS568-212 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A quad profile Quad-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.859 in (21.82 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.137 in (28.88 mm). This quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. The compound resists aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

It sees regular use in chemical processing, automotive fuel systems, and aerospace.
