S70FDA129 is an AS568-129 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.549 in (39.34 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.755 in (44.58 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Silicone is widely chosen for very good compression set resistance across its range, physiological inertness and low toxicity. The material holds up against many oxidizing chemicals, ozone and UV exposure, and extreme heat and cold. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C).
