S70FDA252 is an AS568-252 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.234 in (132.94 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.512 in (140 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Silicone is specified here for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and exceptionally wide service temperature range. It resists extreme heat and cold, ozone and UV exposure, and dry heat. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where abrasive dynamic service or concentrated acids are present.
