The S70FDA353 is an AS568-353 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.975 in (126.37 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.395 in (137.03 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Silicone is specified for excellent electrical insulating properties and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures.
