The S70FDA385 is an AS568-385 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 15.955 in (405.26 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 16.375 in (415.93 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to dry heat, many oxidizing chemicals, and weathering. Silicone delivers an exceptionally wide service temperature range and very good compression set resistance across its range. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where steam above its rated range or hydrocarbon fuels and oils are present.
