S70FDA392 is an AS568-392 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 22.94 in (582.68 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 23.36 in (593.34 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists extreme heat and cold, ozone and UV exposure, and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone offers physiological inertness and low toxicity, very good compression set resistance across its range. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Applications involving concentrated acids or hydrocarbon fuels and oils call for a different compound.
