S70FDA111 is an AS568-111 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.424 in (10.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.63 in (16 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Silicone offers very good compression set resistance across its range and excellent electrical insulating properties. Expect good resistance to many oxidizing chemicals, weathering, and dry heat. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C).

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact, is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Common environments for this compound include medical devices, sanitary process lines, and electronics and electrical enclosures.
