The S70FDA147 is an AS568-147 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.675 in (67.95 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.881 in (73.18 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Silicone is known for very good compression set resistance across its range, physiological inertness and low toxicity.
