The S70FDA264 is an AS568-264 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.484 in (190.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.762 in (197.15 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists weathering, many oxidizing chemicals, and ozone and UV exposure. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone is specified for an exceptionally wide service temperature range and very good compression set resistance across its range.
