The S70FDA441 is an AS568-441 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 6.975 in (177.17 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.525 in (191.14 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Silicone delivers physiological inertness and low toxicity, very good compression set resistance across its range. Expect good resistance to dry heat, extreme heat and cold, and weathering. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Applications involving hydrocarbon fuels and oils or abrasive dynamic service call for a different compound.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Common environments for this compound include ovens and heated equipment, electronics and electrical enclosures, and food and beverage processing.
