S70FDA454 is an AS568-454 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 12.475 in (316.87 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 13.025 in (330.84 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Silicone is known for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and very good compression set resistance across its range. This material stands up to weathering, ozone and UV exposure, and many oxidizing chemicals. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in hydrocarbon fuels and oils or steam above its rated range.
