S70FDA928 is an AS568-928 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.09 in (53.09 mm), a cross section of 0.118 in (3 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.326 in (59.08 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Silicone is specified here for very good compression set resistance across its range and excellent electrical insulating properties. It resists dry heat, extreme heat and cold, and ozone and UV exposure. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C).
