-008 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

Ordered as S70MD008, this is an AS568-008 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.176 in (4.47 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.316 in (8.03 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Silicone is specified here for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and very good compression set resistance across its range. Expect good resistance to weathering, dry heat, and ozone and UV exposure. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service.
