-022 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

APG stocks the S70MD022, an AS568-022 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.989 in (25.12 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.129 in (28.68 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Silicone is specified here for very good compression set resistance across its range and excellent electrical insulating properties. The material holds up against dry heat, ozone and UV exposure, and extreme heat and cold. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C).
