Ordered as S70MD108, this is an AS568-108 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.237 in (6.02 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.443 in (11.25 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to ozone and UV exposure, many oxidizing chemicals, and dry heat. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone is specified for very good compression set resistance across its range and an exceptionally wide service temperature range.
