Part number S70MD233 is an AS568-233 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.859 in (72.62 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.137 in (79.68 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Silicone is specified here for physiological inertness and low toxicity, exceptionally wide service temperature range. Expect good resistance to dry heat, extreme heat and cold, and ozone and UV exposure. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service.
