This o-ring is supplied in AS568-334 red Silicone 70 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 2.6 in (66.04 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.02 in (76.71 mm), catalogued under part number S70MD334. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Silicone is valued for an exceptionally wide service temperature range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures.
