-007 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70MD007 is an AS568-007 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.145 in (3.68 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.285 in (7.24 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to many oxidizing chemicals, dry heat, and extreme heat and cold. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone is widely chosen for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and an exceptionally wide service temperature range. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to concentrated acids or hydrocarbon fuels and oils will shorten service life.
