-013 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70MD013 is an AS568-013 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.426 in (10.82 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.566 in (14.38 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Silicone is known for very good compression set resistance across its range and an exceptionally wide service temperature range. This material stands up to weathering, ozone and UV exposure, and dry heat. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).

The compound is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, and electronics and electrical enclosures.
