-028 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70MD028 is an AS568-028 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.364 in (34.65 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.504 in (38.2 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Silicone is specified for very good compression set resistance across its range and excellent electrical insulating properties. This material stands up to ozone and UV exposure, many oxidizing chemicals, and dry heat. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
