-034 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70MD034 is an AS568-034 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.114 in (53.7 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.254 in (57.25 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists extreme heat and cold, ozone and UV exposure, and many oxidizing chemicals. Silicone is specified for flexibility that holds at very low temperatures and an exceptionally wide service temperature range. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. Applications involving abrasive dynamic service or steam above its rated range call for a different compound.

This item is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across food and beverage processing, medical devices, and sanitary process lines.
