-152 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70MD152 is an AS568-152 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.237 in (82.22 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.443 in (87.45 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to dry heat, ozone and UV exposure, and weathering. Silicone delivers physiological inertness and low toxicity, an exceptionally wide service temperature range. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where steam above its rated range or abrasive dynamic service are present.

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Common environments for this compound include electronics and electrical enclosures, food and beverage processing, and ovens and heated equipment.
