-230 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

APG stocks the S70MD230, an AS568-230 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.484 in (63.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.762 in (70.15 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists many oxidizing chemicals, ozone and UV exposure, and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone is known for excellent electrical insulating properties and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
