-333 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70MD333 is an AS568-333 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.475 in (62.87 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.895 in (73.53 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Silicone is known for very good compression set resistance across its range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. Expect good resistance to dry heat, extreme heat and cold, and many oxidizing chemicals. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. Exposure to hydrocarbon fuels and oils or abrasive dynamic service will shorten service life.

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, and electronics and electrical enclosures.
