-007 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

APG stocks the S70007, an AS568-007 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.145 in (3.68 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.285 in (7.24 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Silicone is known for very good compression set resistance across its range, physiological inertness and low toxicity. The compound resists weathering, dry heat, and ozone and UV exposure. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where hydrocarbon fuels and oils or abrasive dynamic service are present.
