The S70177 is an AS568-177 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 9.487 in (240.97 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.693 in (246.2 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to extreme heat and cold, weathering, and many oxidizing chemicals.
