-221 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70221 is an AS568-221 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.421 in (36.09 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.699 in (43.15 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Silicone is specified here for exceptionally wide service temperature range, physiological inertness and low toxicity. It resists many oxidizing chemicals, extreme heat and cold, and dry heat. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service.
