-339 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70339 is an AS568-339 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.225 in (81.92 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.645 in (92.58 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to weathering, many oxidizing chemicals, and extreme heat and cold. Silicone is valued for an exceptionally wide service temperature range and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Verify compatibility before use with hydrocarbon fuels and oils or concentrated acids.

It sees regular use in pharmaceutical manufacturing, ovens and heated equipment, and electronics and electrical enclosures.
