-388 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70388 is an AS568-388 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 18.953 in (481.41 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 19.373 in (492.07 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Silicone is specified here for exceptionally wide service temperature range and excellent electrical insulating properties. This material stands up to many oxidizing chemicals, ozone and UV exposure, and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in concentrated acids or abrasive dynamic service.
