-390 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

S70390 is an AS568-390 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 20.953 in (532.21 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 21.373 in (542.87 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists many oxidizing chemicals, weathering, and ozone and UV exposure. Silicone delivers excellent electrical insulating properties and very good compression set resistance across its range. The material carries a published service range of -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where hydrocarbon fuels and oils or concentrated acids are present.

It sees regular use in medical devices, sanitary process lines, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
