S70913 is an AS568-913 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.986 in (25.04 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.218 in (30.94 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Silicone is known for excellent electrical insulating properties and flexibility that holds at very low temperatures. This material stands up to extreme heat and cold, ozone and UV exposure, and dry heat. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to hydrocarbon fuels and oils or abrasive dynamic service will shorten service life.

Common environments for this compound include electronics and electrical enclosures, ovens and heated equipment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
