-018 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

The S70018 is an AS568-018 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.739 in (18.77 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.879 in (22.33 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Silicone is specified here for very good compression set resistance across its range and exceptionally wide service temperature range. It resists many oxidizing chemicals, ozone and UV exposure, and dry heat. Rated temperature range runs from -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. Exposure to abrasive dynamic service or hydrocarbon fuels and oils will shorten service life.
