-019 RED SILICONE 70D O-RING

APG stocks the S70019, an AS568-019 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The compound resists dry heat, ozone and UV exposure, and extreme heat and cold. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone offers very good compression set resistance across its range, physiological inertness and low toxicity. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 450°F (232.2°C).

It sees regular use in ovens and heated equipment, electronics and electrical enclosures, and sanitary process lines.
