S70020 is an AS568-020 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.864 in (21.95 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.004 in (25.5 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to extreme heat and cold, ozone and UV exposure, and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone delivers very good compression set resistance across its range and excellent electrical insulating properties. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
