S70044 is an AS568-044 red Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.739 in (94.97 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.879 in (98.53 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

It resists weathering, dry heat, and many oxidizing chemicals. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Silicone delivers an exceptionally wide service temperature range and excellent electrical insulating properties. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
